This lab exploits yeast and mammalian cells as complementary models to uncover new molecular targets and pathways underlying responses to a variety of biotic and abiotic stressors, with potential application in biomedicine and biotechnology. Both  targeted approaches, and high-throughput strategies with yeast-based tailored assays are used, in a combination of molecular and functional biology approaches.
