Researchers and Students from CBMA participate in an agroecology event in Italy

Two CBMA researchers, Hernâni Gerós and Sofia Costa and six master’s and doctoral students, Angélica Silva, Hélder Costa, Mariana Vale, Rui Pedro Fernandes Carvalho, Rita Gomes Gonçalves and Bruna Pereira Gonçalves, landed this weekend in italian territory  to participate in the II Agroecology Summer School.

This event aims to explore the ecological role of biodiversity in the functioning of agroecosystems, as well as the importance of optimizing and implementing agroecological practices for food sustainable production.
