International Society of Cancer Metabolism 6th Annual Meeting

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our pleasure to announce the “6th Annual ISCAM Meeting” to be held on 17-19 October 2019 at Bom Jesus do Monte, Braga, Portugal.

In this meeting, we have set a comprehensive program that tackles the many faces of cancer metabolism, highlighting the recent advances in the field and the road ahead for clinical translation. This meeting will address topics from cancer pH dynamics; genetic and epigenetic regulation; cancer heterogeneity; cancer progression; programed cell death; to hot topics, namely diet and microbiota; immune response; and a clinical session on metabolism as a challenging target in cancer therapy.

This year, we have the honor to count with the presence of several leading experts in the field and Prof. Diane Barber (University of S. Francisco, USA) and Prof. Jacques Pouysségur (Centre Scientifique de Monaco, MC) as keynote speakers.
